In most cases, you can make all the necessary changes to your domain name from within the MacDock Control Panel: ">http://www.macdock.com/ Utilize the Domain Names link to control your DNS, etc - note, that this should be used with care as making incorrect DNS entries can cause your site and email accts to appear non-functional.
